Sardar ATTIQUE UR REHMAN VS State "audi alteram partem"---Scope---Principle of audi atleram partem i.e. a person cannot be condemned unheard is a time honoured principle--- Principle was that no one would be condemned unheard and justice should not only be done, but should be manifestly done to the satisfaction of all including who is later condemned.
