LIAQAT ALI VS GOVERNMENT OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA appointment on contract basis---Regularization of service---Discrimination---Effect---Petitioner was appointed on contract basis in the and his contract was extended time and again---Department refused to regularize the services of petitioner---Contention of petitioner was that he had not been treated at par with similarly placed persons---Validity---High Court had already passed judgment with regard to regularization of similarly placed persons---Supreme Court had upheld the said judgment for regularization of other employees of the department---Department was directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with the guidelines laid down in the judgment passed in the earlier constitutional petition---Constitutional petition was disposed of, accordingly.
