NOREEN GUL VS GOVERNMENT OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA through Secretary Elementary and Secondary Education Department), Peshawar arts. 5 & 4---Loyalty to State and obedience to Constitution and law---Right of individuals to be dealt with in accordance with law---Scope---article 5 of the Constitution has mandated that obedience to the constitution and law is the inviolable obligation of every citizen wherever he may be and for every other person for the time being within Pakistan---To enjoy the protection of law and to be treated in accordance with law is the inalienable right of every citizen wherever he may be, as enshrined by art. 4 of the Constitution.
