ABIDA KHANUM VS SARFARAZ Marriages---Irregular marriage---When a lady entered into marriage before completion of iddat period, then said marriage would not be a "void marriage" but would be an irregular marriage---Such union, which was an "irregular marriage", could not be regarded as being against Sharia.
