Syed AAKIF ALI SHAH VS MUHAMMAD IJAZ O. VII, R.11 & O. I, R. 10 & O. VII, R. 17---Rejection of plaint---Rejection of plaint upon failure of plaintiff to amend plaint---Scope---Order VII, R.11, C.P.C., gave instances of cases where plaint could be rejected and grounds given therein were not exhaustive and plaint could also be rejected under inherent powers of a court, however, defect due to which rejection was deemed necessary should not be such as was curable by amendment in plaint and plaint could not be rejected in cases where defect was nothing more than an error of procedure.
