FAYSAL BANK LIMITED VS The GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB art. 199---Constitutional jurisdiction of High Court---availability of alternate statutory remedy---Scope---General rule was that the extraordinary Constitutional jurisdiction of High Court could not be invoked where remedy of statutory appeal was effective and adequate, however such question of efficacy and adequacy turned on each case and, on the provision, granting the right of appeal.
