JET GREEN (PVT.) LIMITED VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN Rule of law---Scope---Access to justice---Rule of law included access to justice as its most sacrosanct and hallmark ingredient to secure dispensation of justice---In order to strengthen the belief of general public in the system of justice, to provide them the choice of judicial forum with regard to territory in case of availability of more than one and to give them confidence in the Courts, was essential to uphold the majesty of law within the spectrum of its efficiency and efficacy at the same time.
