ISMAIL VS Syed ZULFIQAR HUSSAIN SHAH O. VII, R. 11---Rejection of plaint---Scope---Incompetent, frivolous and time barred suits are liable to be buried from their inception and even in such circumstances it is duty of the court, without there being an application to invoke the provisions of O. VII, R.11, C.P.C., so that the other may not be dragged in such litigation and to save the precious time of the court.
