The COLLECTOR CUSTOMS VS ABDUL ZAHIR Once the accused is acquitted of the charge by the Court of competent jurisdiction, double presumption of innocence is attached with such order, which cannot be reversed until and unless it is proved that the order of acquittal is perverse, fanciful, capricious or contrary to record.
