SAMIRA MAHAMADI VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN art. 184(3)---Suo motu action regarding combating the pandemic of Corona virus (Covid -19)---Issues concerning import of medical devices; availability of oxygen and medicines in the country for treatment of Covid-19 patients; exorbitant prices of oxygen cylinders; steps taken by the National Disaster Management authority (NDMa) in dealing with the pandemic of Covid-19; and steps being taken in Cantonment areas to contain the pandemic---Supreme Court gave directions to relevant functionaries, and sought reports from others to be made available on next date of hearing, to address the issues highlighted.
