IJAZ BASHIR QURESHI VS SHAMS-UN-NISA QURESHI Ss. 182 & 202---Irrevocable Power of Attorney---Test---When an agent himself had interest in the property which formed subject matter of the agency, the same could not be terminated to the prejudice of such interest, in the absence of any express contract---Where the Power of Attorney was not given for consideration, it could not be termed as irrevocable general Power of Attorney---Simply mentioning in the caption of a Power of Attorney the word "irrevocable" did not make it an irrevocable Power of Attorney unless it passed the said test for declaring a Power of Attorney irrevocable.
