ADMINISTRATOR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, PESHAWAR VS TAIMUR HUSSAIN AMIN art. 5---Government servant---Obedience and loyalty to the Constitution---Scope---Supreme Court observed that a Government servant's loyalty must always be to the Constitution, the law and the people, whose taxes paid his salary and who would also be paying for his pension; that a government servant's overt anxiousness to please politicians and project the political views of a political party must be frowned upon---applications were disposed of.
