SHAHZAD SHAHMIR VS GOVERNMENT OF SINDH through Chief Secretary, Karachi Project posts---Recruitment of Headmaster/Headmistress (BPS-17) initiated by the Provincial Government for an education reform project---Legality---Petitioners seem to have been employed in the project to the posts of Headmaster/Headmistress in BPS-17 on two years' contract from 12-07-2017, whereas the very project was for the period between 2013 to 2017---Fact that the project in which the petitioners were alleged to have been appointed was no more in existence and such project having not been taken over by the Provincial Government on the non-development side, it was not understandable as to how the petitioners were appointed on the posts when the very project was not in existence---Appointments of the petitioners were on their very face illegal and, therefore, no right whatsoever existed with the petitioners to continue with the employment---Petitions for leave to appeal were dismissed and leave was refused.
