State VS AHMED OMAR SHEIKH Recovery of incriminating articles---Scope---When one piece of evidence recovered was found to be tainted, then relying on the other incriminating material recovered therewith would not be just and legally correct---Thus, reliance thereon in any manner would be against the safe administration of criminal justice.
