SHAMONA BADSHAH QAISARANI VS ELECTION TRIBUNAL, MULTAN 'actus curiae neminem gravabit'---Scope---No man should suffer because of the fault of the court---Said maxim was founded upon justice and good sense which served a safe and certain guide for the administration of law---In a case, where any undeserved or unfair advantage had been given to a party invoking the jurisdiction of the court and the same needed to be neutralized, the said maxim was to be made applicable.
