MANDOKHAIL VS State S. 34---Common intention---Scope---Mere presence of a person with an accused at the relevant time could not lead to the inference that he shared common intention with other---If the prosecution alleged that the offence was committed with common intention which presupposed prior consent, it must be proved that the offence was committed by pre-arranged plan--- Inference of common intention was not be drawn unless it was proved by direct evidence or circumstances.
