NOOR ZAMAN VS State absconsion---Scope---Mere absconscion of accused is not conclusive proof of guilt of an accused person---absconsion is only a suspicious circumstance against an accused that he was found guilty of the offence, however, suspicions could not take the place of proof---Value of absconcion, therefore, depended on the facts of each case.
