AZIZULLAH VS NIZAMUDDIN S. 3--- Prevention of illegal dispossession of property---Complaint---Material particulars to be mentioned---Scope---Complainant must give all material particulars in the complaint itself with regard to act of illegal dispossession---No roving inquiry is to be conducted by the Trial Court, in the absence of material particulars, exact date and time of the alleged dispossession, to ascertain whether or not the complainant was dispossessed in terms of Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005.
