ASAD VS State Benefit of doubt---Scope---Slightest doubt in the prosecution case is sufficient to acquit an accused---Several circumstances creating doubts are not necessary for extending the benefit of doubt---Single circumstance, creating reasonable doubt in the prudent mind about the guilt of the accused, makes accused entitled to its benefit, not as a matter of grace and concession but as a matter of right.
