ABDUL GHANI VS State Witness--- Child witness--- Scope--- Child witness is not barred from entering the witness box and it is the satisfaction of the Trial Court, which is of crucial importance---Child who also happened to be a victim of an offence is competent to testify as a witness, and the deposition would be worthy of reliance provided the court is satisfied that he or she, as the case may be, is intelligent and understand the significance of entering the witness box.
