AYESHA SAJID VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN through Finance Secretary arts.189 & 203---"Judgment per-incurium"---Defined---Word "per-incuriam" meant "carelessness"---Once the Court had come to the conclusion that the judgment was delivered per-incuriam, such judgment itself was without jurisdiction as per-incuriam, therefore, High Court erred in law to give due weight to said observation without application of mind.
