BEVERGH KHAN VS SURAT KHAN Pre-emption, right of---Talab-i-Muwathibath---Jumping demand---Scope---Appellant/pre-emptor stated that when he learnt about the sale, there after inquiry and investigation, he approached the vendees and in the presence of witnesses demanded to hand over the suit-land but they refused---Pre-emptor, in his statement, had not uttered a single word that on learning about the sale he made Talab-i-Muwathibath in the same Majlis---Talab-i-Muwathibath should be made as soon as the fact of sale was known to the claimant---Suit for pre-emption was rightly dismissed---Appeal was dismissed, in circumstances.
