MUHAMMAD YOUNUS VS MANSOOR ALI (DECEASED) S.15---Eviction petition---Bona fide personal need---Scope---Tenants assailed orders passed by courts below whereby they were directed to vacate the demised premises---Validity---Landlord had claimed that the demised premises was required for establishment of his son's business, who was dependent on him---Tenants had failed to dislodge the claim of the landlord as in his cross-examination only general and vague questions were put to him that another building was owned by him and he was carrying on business therein---No specific question was put to him with regard to the business he intended to set up in the demised premises for his dependent son---Tenants had failed in discharging the burden to prove that the personal need claimed by landlord was not genuine or bona fide---Constitutional petition was dismissed, in circumstances.
