MUHAMMAD YOUNUS VS MANSOOR ALI (DECEASED) Ss. 15 & 10---Eviction petition---Default in payment of rent---Scope---Tenants assailed orders passed by courts below whereby they were directed to vacate the demised premises---Validity---Statements of account in respect of the amounts deposited by tenant revealed that except for a few deposits all other deposits were made by her after the tenth day of each calendar month---Because of such delay on her part, it was held by the Rent Controller that she had committed default---High Court declined interference in concurrent finding---Constitutional petition was dismissed, in circumstances.
