MUNAWAR ALI VS UMAR DARAZ art.113---article 113 of Limitation act, 1908 was not a provision of substantive law determining the right of the plaintiff to file the suit in the face of cause of action---Same was rather an enabling provision of law empowering the court to reject the plaint when it was barred by any substantive law, abridging the rights of the plaintiff to file a suit in a particular station on a given cause of action.
