VS Chap. II [Ss. 3 to 11]---Prohibition of abuse of dominant position, certain agreements and deceptive marketing practices---Scope---Competition Commission is mandated to prohibit and rectify any instance in which the realm of freedom of trade, business or profession is being used as an avenue for the distortion of competition, irrespective of whether it is being done intentionally, unintentionally or negligibly---Undertaking's right to own/operate a particular facility for any commercial purpose cannot be used as a pretext for imposing blockades against its competitors which in turn would consequently place them at a competitive disadvantage.
