RIASAT ALI VS YASEEN S.115---Revisional jurisdiction of High Court---Scope---Discretionary nature---Revisional jurisdiction of the High Court is always discretionary and equitable in nature and no party is entitled to it as of right---High Court observed that no hard and fast rule can be laid down to tie the hands of a superior Court---Superior judiciary always acts in aid of justice subject to the law and the Constitution---Aim of revisional jurisdiction is to see whether the subordinate court have acted with material irregularity resulting into a miscarriage of justice.
