LIAQAT ALI VS State S.497 (2)---Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Ss.302 & 109---Qatl-i-amd, abetment---Bail, grant of---Further inquiry---Co-accused were admittedly not present at the place of occurrence at time of occurrence rather they were residing at some other places---No overt act had been attributed to the co-accused in the FIR, rather it had been stated by some witnesses in their statements recorded under S.161, Cr.P.C that the said co-accused had directed the principal accused to be remained vigilant in their own house as the deceased had nefarious design towards their sister---Present case to the extent of co-accused/petitioners required further inquiry and they were entitled for concession of bail as there were no reasonable grounds for believing that they had committed murder of deceased---Bail petition to the extent of co-accused/petitioners was allowed, in circumstances.
