The STATE through Advocate General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar VS ARIF MOMEN S.417---appeal against acquittal---Interference--- Compelling reason---Scope---Order of acquittal could not be interfered with because the presumption of innocence of the accused was further strengthened by acquittal---Golden thread which ran through the web of administration of justice in criminal cases was that if two views were possible on the evidence adduced in the case, one pointing to the guilt of the accused and the other to his innocence, the view which was favourable to the accused was to be adopted.
