AKHTAR ZARIN VS State S.9(c)----Control of Narcotic Substances (Government Analysts) Rules, 2001, Rr.4 & 5---Delay in sending samples of contraband for chemical analysis---Effect---Samples were sent for chemical analysis with a delay of six days, however, the provisions governing such rules were directory and not mandatory and such chemical report was positive and complied with all relevant legal requirements and protocols as was apparent from the report itself---Appeal against conviction was dismissed, in circumstances.
