MUHAMMAD AKHTAR VS State S. 9(c)--- Possession of narcotics--- Appreciation of evidence---Maxim: falsus in uno falsus in omnibus---Applicability---Co-accused persons of the present accused were allegedly present with the accused as their companions at the place of occurrence but they had been acquitted by the Trial Court vide impugned judgment---Same case of prosecution and same set of witnesses had not been believed against them---Falsus in uno falsus in omnibus would be applicable in deciding criminal cases---Co-accused persons when acquitted then, same set of witnesses could not be relied upon against present accused persons---Circumstances established that the prosecution failed to prove its case against the accused---Appeal was allowed and accused were acquitted by setting aside conviction and sentences recorded by the Trial Court, in circumstances.
