MUNIR AHMAD alias MUNA VS State Medical evidence---Scope---Medical evidence neither itself prove involvement of an accused in the commission of an offence nor establish his culpability---Medical evidence is confirmatory in nature and may confirm the ocular evidence with regard to the seat of injury, nature of injury, kind of weapon used in the occurrence and duration between injury and death etc., but such evidence cannot connect the accused with the commission of crime---Where ocular evidence is not worthy of reliance, medical evidence is of no avail to prosecution case.
