ASAD KHAN alias KAREEM KHAN VS State S. 9(c)--- Possession of 200 kilograms charas--- Appreciation of evidence---Prosecution case hinged upon statements of two witnesses who were Excise Officials---Excise officials were as good witnesses as any other and their evidence was subject to same standard of proof and principles of the scrutiny as applicable to any other category of witnesses---In absence of any animus, infirmity or flaw in their depositions, their testimony could be relied without demur.
