SOOMAR BHEEL VS State Ss. 302(b) & 34---Qatl-i-amd, common intention---Appreciation of evidence--- Recovery of weapon of offence on the pointation of accused---Reliance---Scope---Accused were charged that they with their common intention committed murder of the uncle of the complainant with hatchet blows---Hatchet being the murder weapon was recovered on the pointation of the accused immediately on his arrest from a place which only he could have known about and that the hatchet was blood stained---Likewise the pistol was recovered by the police on the pointation of co-accused shortly after his arrest which hiding place only co-accused could have known about---Recoveries of the hatchet or the pistol was not foisted on the accused persons by the police---Appeal against conviction was dismissed, in circumstances.
