ABDULLAH VS State S. 342---Examination of accused---All the incriminating piece of evidence available on record in shape of examination-in-chief, cross-examination or re-examination of witnesses were required to be put to the accused, if the same were against him, while recording his statement under S. 342, Cr.P.C.---If any piece of evidence or a circumstance was not put to accused at the time of recording his statement under S. 342, Cr.P.C., same could not be considered against him.
