State VS MUHAMMAD HAFEEZ S. 32--- articles connected with narcotics---Scope---Prosecution assailed the release of vehicle which was used in transportation of narcotics to brother of convict---Validity---Since the respondent (brother) had shown to the Trial Court that he was the legal owner of the vehicle, its possession was rightly handed over to him after due verification---Respondent was although real brother of the convict but he had no knowledge of the commission of offence---appeal was dismissed.
