GUL HASSAN alias GULAN VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Recovery of weapon of offence on the pointation of accused---Reliance---Scope---Accused was charged for committing murder of two persons by dagger blows to grab their money---Record showed that on pointation of accused the dagger, allegedly used in commission of incident was found lying in a drainage/sewerage line after about 15 days---Said dagger was found to be stained with blood---Said dagger was said to have been subjected to chemical examination, but no such report had been brought on record by the prosecution---Accused, held, could not be connected with the recovery of alleged crime weapon, in circumstances---Appeal was allowed and accused was acquitted.
