MUHAMMAD NAZIM VS State Benefit of doubt---Principle---If a single circumstance creates a reasonable doubt in a prudent mind regarding guilt of the accused, benefit of the same must be granted to the accused and that the accused will be entitled to the benefit of such doubt not as a matter of grace, but as matter of right.
