GOVERNMENT OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA through Secretary Forest, Peshawar VS SHER AMAN Contract employees---Regularization in service---Contractual employees had no vested right of regularization---Regularization cannot take place without statutory backing---In the absence of any law, policy or rules, an employee could not knock the door of the Court for regularization of his/her services.
