HADAYAT ULLAH VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN arts. 184(3) & 188---Constitutional jurisdiction of the Supreme Court under article 184(3) of the Constitution---Scope---Original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court under article 184(3) of the Constitution cannot be exercised as a parallel review jurisdiction, and a judgment or an order of the Supreme Court can never be challenged by virtue of filing independent proceedings under article 184(3) of the Constitution---Such course is absolutely impermissible.
