Justice QAZI FAEZ ISA VS PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN art. 10a---Right to fair trial and due process---Scope---after recognition of the right to fair trial and due process as a fundamental right by insertion of art. 10a in the Constitution, violation of the principles of natural justice, which are the necessary components of the right to fair trial and due process, is now to be taken as a violation of the said fundamental right as well.
