Justice QAZI FAEZ ISA VS PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN art. 209(5)---Supreme Judicial Council ('the Council')---Information from 'any' source against a Judge---Scope---Supreme Court can be a source of such information under art. 209(5) of the Constitution---Since the legislature itself consciously chose to keep the source of information in art. 209 of the Constitution open ended, it will be contrary to the spirit of the provision to hold otherwise and prevent the Superior Courts from taking judicial notice of information and/or from forwarding the same for perusal and consideration of the Council when no such restriction exists in art. 209(5) itself.
