Justice QAZI FAEZ ISA VS PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN art.4---Right to be dealt with in accordance with law---Scope---Constitutional guarantee of the right to be dealt with in accordance with law, under art. 4 of the Constitution, is available not only to every citizen of the country but also to every other person for the time being within Pakistan---Said constitutional guarantee cannot be curtailed or limited in the case or matter of any person whosoever he may be and whatever the allegations against him may be.
