Justice QAZI FAEZ ISA VS PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN arts. 184(3) & 187(1)---Supreme Court issuing directions in its jurisdiction under arts.184(3) & 187(1) of the Constitution---Scope---When the Supreme Court acts under the said two articles of the Constitution it can issue directions which travel beyond the pleas/ pleadings of the parties---In its original jurisdiction under art. 184(3) of the Constitution the Supreme Court can mould the relief in accordance with the facts and the circumstances that come to light during the proceedings.
