Justice QAZI FAEZ ISA VS PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN art. 187(1) & Pt. II, Chap. 1---"Power of the Supreme Court to issue such directions, orders or decrees as may be necessary for doing complete justice in any case or matter pending before it"---Scope---Under art. 187(1) of the Constitution, the Supreme Court can pass any order to do complete justice between the parties; however, it cannot make an order inconsistent with the fundamental rights or in contravention of any constitutional provision or any relevant statutory law.
