Justice QAZI FAEZ ISA VS PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN art. 209(8)---Code of Conduct for Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts ('the Code of Conduct')---Spouses and children of Judges---No law or clause in the Code of Conduct prescribed for Judges of superior Courts makes the Judges liable to account for the alleged tax-evasion (if any) by his or her independent spouse---Nothing is present in any law or in the Code of Conduct which could possibly be stretched to hold a Judge liable for the conduct of his spouse and children, or for that matter of anybody else, without there being any evidence to connect him with, and hold him responsible for such conduct.
