TULIP PROJECT, RIVERSIDE through Chief Executive VS NATIONAL HIGHWAY AUTHORITY through CHAIRMAN art. 24---Right to hold property---acquisition of land---Principle---any law providing acquisition of any class of property for purpose of education, medical aid, housing, public facilities and services, such as roads, is exempted and art. 24 of the Constitution cannot affect validity of such action---State has provided mechanism to protect rights of individuals/citizens in the Constitution and at the same time, empowers State authorities to exercise their right for public welfare.
