KHAWAR KAYANI VS State S. 6(5)---Juvenile accused---Bail---Delay in conclusion of trial---Juvenile accused detained for a continuous period exceeding six months without conclusion of trial---Period of six months mentioned in section 6(5) of the Juvenile Justice System Act, 2018 is to be counted from the date of arrest of the juvenile, after determination of his age and not from the date of such determination or adjudication by the Court.
