Mst. SAKEENA BIBI VS SECRETARY LAW, GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN, ISLAMABAD S. 8---Constitution of Pakistan, Art. 203-D---Swara/Vani, as Badal-e-Sulah---Vires---Petitioner was aggrieved of decision made by Council of Elders deciding the dispute in accordance with Rewaj-e-Kurram Agency by directing to marry a girl as Badl-e-Sulah---Validity---Evil practice of such type which was conducted by any segment of society anywhere in Pakistan and called by different names in different parts like Swara or Vani etc. or given any other name under any garb or pretext of custom or tradition was un-Islamic and against Injunctions of the Holy Quran and Sunna---To eradicate such self-imposed menace from society,Federal Government inserted S.310-A in Penal Code, 1860---After promulgation of 25th Constitutional Amendment, Federally Administered Tribal Area was merged into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan---Constitutional and legal rights of Kurram Agency were changed, Frontier Crimes Regulations, 1901 were abrogated, Penal Code, 1860 and other laws were applicable in that area---Shariat petition was disposed of accordingly.
