IFFAT VS UMAR FAROOQUE art. 199--- No further remedy--- Constitutional and appellate jurisdiction---Scope---Practice to file Constitutional petitions on the ground that since no further remedy of appeal had been provided in law, hence such jurisdiction had to be exercised as a matter of right and in a manner of appellate jurisdiction---Such practice needed to be curbed/halted as it was burdening the Courts with unnecessary litigation; resultantly, delaying disposal and decisions of other cases involving statutory rights of litigants.
